The parent: black and gold for custom homes and big builds.
Two decades of craftsmanship, finally online. Plus a roofing division with a site of its own.
Custom homes, remodels, roofs and everything between. The job was to make a 20-year local reputation as easy to see online as it is on Berkshire Road.
The client
A locally owned, family-run general contractor serving Pocatello and southeastern Idaho for over twenty years.
The goal
Show the craftsmanship up close, make ten trades easy to scan and turn visits into quote requests and calls.
What we built
A dark, editorial site for Sage Builders, then a separate site for the roofing division, Sage Roofers of Idaho.
20+Years building Idaho
500+Projects completed

Berkshire RoadParade Home 2023
The featured build on the new site: custom framing, roofing, finish work and carpentry, photographed room by room.

Dark, warm and built like the homes.
Near-black and a deep gold, set in Josefin Sans: geometric, steady and a little architectural. The work is the hero; the type stays out of its way.
- 01Proof in the first screen
Twenty years, 500 projects and a quote button before the first scroll.
- 02A four-step promise
Quote, schedule, build, final walkthrough. No surprises, written down.
- 03One featured build
Berkshire Road gets its own story instead of a crowded gallery.
Then roofing got its own front door.
Roofing was one of ten tiles on the main site, but it's searched for on its own: "roofer Pocatello", "roof replacement", "hail damage". So the division got its own brand and site, with the parent company's track record behind it.
One job, said plainly.
- 01A free inspection, not a contact form
The first action is the one homeowners actually want: someone on the roof, no charge.
- 02Four services, not ten
Replacement, repair, gutters and storm damage. Nothing to wade through.
- 03Borrowed trust
"Part of Sage Builders LLC" sits right under the hero, so a new name starts with 20 years behind it.
4,400FTPocatello's elevation
60+INSnow in a hard winter
100°FSummer roof days
DozensFreeze-thaw cycles a year
The site's "Built for Idaho" story, in their own numbers. Local proof is what ranks and what convinces.

The division: navy for weather and trust, the same gold and type so the family resemblance is obvious.
What we handed over.

Service pages and service areas for Pocatello, Chubbuck, American Falls, Blackfoot and Idaho Falls.
- 04Quote and inspection paths
Free quotes on one site, free roof inspections on the other, with one tap to call on both.
